1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Pommy World Art ("we", "us" or "our") develops and publishes Cub4D (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Game, why it is processed, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to the Android version distributed through Google Play. It does not replace the privacy notices of Google, Unity, Microsoft or other third-party services used by the Game.

2. Information processed by the Game

Game progress and preferences stored locally. The Game stores information on your device, such as high scores, selected music and background, language, audio settings, unlocks, gameplay preferences and the number of completed games. This information is used to remember your choices and progress.

Online leaderboard information. To provide the online scoreboard, the Game processes and sends to Microsoft PlayFab:

Your display name, score and leaderboard position may be visible to other players. Please do not use your real name or include personal information in your display name.

3. Advertising data

The Game displays banner and interstitial advertising through Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices and the advertising provider, the advertising SDKs may collect or share:

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, protect the service, and—where permitted by law and your settings—personalize advertising.

4. Purchases

The Game may offer an optional one-time purchase to remove advertising. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank details. We may receive transaction status, product identifier, purchase token or entitlement information needed to validate the purchase and provide the ad-free feature.

5. Why we process information

Information is processed to operate the Game, save your settings, provide online leaderboards, show and measure advertising, validate purchases, prevent fraud, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, processing is based, as appropriate, on performance of the service requested by you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Game, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required.

6. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your directly provided personal information. Information may be processed by the following providers for the purposes described above:

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention and security

Local data remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game, subject to Android backup behavior. Online leaderboard and advertising data is retained according to operational needs, legal requirements and the retention rules of the relevant provider. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can reset or remove local data through Android's app-storage settings or by uninstalling the Game. Advertising choices may also be available in Android or Google settings and through any consent interface shown by an advertising provider.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent. To request access to or deletion of PlayFab-related player data, contact us at emmadreux@yahoo.com. We may need information that reasonably identifies your in-game account before completing the request.

Deletion note: deleting online player data may permanently remove leaderboard entries and cannot necessarily be undone. Data that must be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons may be kept for the legally permitted period.

9. Children

Cub4D is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request a child's real name, email address or contact information. If you believe that a child has provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they use legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers as described in their own privacy notices.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the Game, its providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or through its store listing.
